[PD-dev] problems getting RRADical in extended builds

So there is one last sticking point AFAIK for getting RRADical fully  
working in the extended builds.  I can't find any object called  
[oggrecorder].

Also, I changed [mtx_*~] to [matrix_mul~] so that RRADical will work  
with either the iemmatrix lib or iemmatrix as individual files as it is  
in the extended builds.
