All of the above libs are included in the form of objects compiled as
individual objects. The cyclone objects are in extra/cyclonem the rest
are just in extra. Ultimately, I plan on having all of the libs in
their own directory so that we have a working namespace.

Its just Miller's README without the obsolete info. Its basically left
over from the Mac OS X installer screens.

0.39 is next, of course. I just wanted to get a stable 0.38 release
out. As for python/ruby, do you mean including python and ruby in the
Pd-extended package? There are already separate installers for them.
