Hey. I can't use _anything_ if i sit in front of a French computer, cause
it's got that AZERTY keyboard.

better than that, you can switch the language at run-time, and you can 
customize the language at run-time.

type this command in the Tcl box:

  say file "Fly"

and then press Ctrl+N to get:

 | Fly Edit View Find Put Media Window   Help |
 `--------------------------------------------'
