I am just making the CVS a mirror of Miller's development environment,  
the portmidi and portaudio stuff was half-complete, so it makes more  
sense to have it complete then leave it as is.  Previously, it was  
missing files which were used in the compilation.

I've been posting on this topic for a while now, so it shouldn't be a  
surprise.  I just finally got around to acting on it.
