[PD-dev] openpanel patch in main pd ?

well, the problem is that now and then miller used to go through the 
patches and comment them with "taken for 0.40", but (in the past) he 
didn't mark them as accepted.
whenever i had time and thought of it, i would go through all the 
"taken" patches and mark them as "accepted", without verifying that they 
are really taken.
miller has shown interest in handling this himself, so i hope this will 
be handled better in the future.

well, it is a patch against 0.39 (test4, but should apply to 0.39-2 
without problems) and not against 0.38 nor against the upcoming 0.40 (CVS)
