Summary: Toolbar for Pach Creation

Initial Comment:
A time saving tool really - I would like to see a tool bar for placing items 
onto the canvas so that you can avoid having to use the menu bar all the 
time. I know there are shortcuts, but I sometimes go for periods of not 
using PD and forget them.

It would also be a good addtion to a toolbar if you could add submenus to 
automatically insert your most commonly used items. E.g. Click on 
toolbar button [message] (sub menu opens) ---> [ [bang( ] ---> [bang( 
message is placed on canvas.
