[PD-dev] cvs - externals - scons some errors

All of Kzrysztof's miXed stuff is built with a rather complicated  
Make build system, so its probably best to use that if you want to  
build those from source.  He maintains it well, I've never had  
problems with it.

Or just download what you need from Pd-extended.
