[PD-dev] --with-portaudio=

I take it a --with-portaudio= flag (etc.) would mean to go seek portaudio/
portmidi source trees (not binary libraries), correct?  In that case it's
not hard, there's a bit to do for portmidi since it lacks a standard source
tree structure but not much.  I'd be happy to give this a try.
