[PD-dev] iemlib file names

Any chance of getting some of the iemlib filenames changed?
Basically, things compile much easier if the C files are named the
same as the object, for example:

[prvu~] == prvu~.c (instead of sigprvu.c)

This is used widely by a lot of externals, and makes sense as
compared to other languages, were each class file is named after the
class. Then it will be trivial to get the iemlib objects into a
libdir and the namespaces. I can do the work if you want.

Also, it would be nice if the iemlib objects did have their help
files hard coded (i.e. class_sethelpsymbol), but that's less pressing.
