it should look like this:

Checking for dlopen() in C library dl... (cached) yes
Checking for jack_activate() in C library jack... (cached) yes
Checking for snd_pcm_info() in C library asound... (cached) yes
Checking for sin() in C library m... (cached) yes

it's using the same feature as the dependency tracking, so possibly you
screwed up some permissions?
