"D. Richard Hipp" (drh on #tcl) is writing a bug database exporter from 
SourceForge to some XML format. I don't know which #tcl channel it is, but 
there are 3 #tcl channels joined by gateways, so going in FreeNode's #tcl 
should be enough except that he won't necessarily be in the userlist.
