Summary: sfread~ memory leak

Initial Comment:
Hi,

when playing several samples with sfread~ memory
doesn't get clean. If you watch the system resources at
the same time you send samples, it's just like a
counter.

I don't think that [sfread~] is supported anymore. Its part
of the ext13 lib which hasn't been updated in years. Plus
[readsf~] isn't included Pd-extended AFAIK.

try [readsf~] instead.
