[PD-dev] spliting pmpd to sigle file

hello,

in order to allow a better integration to hsc installer, i just split 
pmpd in single file.

i commited the change, and added the new file to build in 
external/build/src
i did not change the other build system.

the only problem i've got is that the old french name (masse / lia ...) 
does not work anymore.
so i had to change somes example in order to remove this old objects name.
This will break some patchs...

i save the old pmpd lib :
