Initial Comment:
version: 0.38 test 10

After opening [bp~]  helpfile and changing some of the
parameters, closing the helpfile crashes pd with the
following error: 
pd.exe Application Error

the instruction at "0x10003b64" referenced memory at
"0x0000002b". The Memory could not be " etc.
