[PD-dev] compilation errors on new pd/src/ checkin

For some reasons, s_audio_jack.c can't find some headers now:

s_audio_jack.c:9:18: m_pd.h: No such file or directory
s_audio_jack.c:10:21: s_stuff.h: No such file or directory

The nightly build script now uploads the compile transcript too:
