[PD-dev] using getopt_long() with windows

Hi devs,

I'd like to make it easier to handle cmdline options for Pd using
getopt_long instead of what we have today, which makes it harder to scale
and isn't generic.
I don't have a windows box and I'd like to know if it'd work with windows
before I make changes.

Could someone compile the example here :

and let me know if it works ?
I know there is an implementation of getopt under windows, but I'm not sure
it works flawless.
