Zexy's regex.c isn't linking on MinGW:

I think you need to add "-lregex" to your LDFLAGS on MinGW.  For the  
Pd-extended build, I use in addition to the standards:

"-lwsock32 -lpthreadGC2 -lkernel32 -luser32 -lgdi32 -lregex"
