[PD-dev] SourceForge has some more problems.

Trying to use cvs tonight, I get one of three problems:

1. Sometimes it rejects my correct password

2. Sometimes it aborts due to a locked file.

3. The rest of the times, it accepts the commit, but borks the message to 
pd-cvs at iem.at:
