[PD-dev] Sourceforge CVS request

I have just created a Sourceforget account called "eric-lyon" for the
purpose of adding my LyonPotpourri externals collection to the Pd CVS. If
this is successful, down the line I will wish to do the same thing with
FFTease (a collaboration with Chris Penrose). So this is a request for my
account above to be added to the Pd Developers project.
