>Summary: [knob] doesn't compile on Windows
Initial Comment:
hey, i can't get knob.dll to work on windows using 0.39.2-extended-test7:
load_object: Symbol "knob_setup" not found
* On MinGW, it dies here:
* knob.o(.text+0x1a58):knob.c: undefined reference to `sys_noloadbang'
*/

Added this tiny kludge to get it working on Windows (minus noloadbang
support).
(around line 610):
/* WARNING: this is a kludge to get this object building on
Windows. Currently, the linker fails on the symbol
"sys_noloadbang". <hans at at.or.at>
*/
#ifdef _WIN32
if(x->x_gui.x_isa.x_loadinit)
#else
if(!sys_noloadbang && x->x_gui.x_isa.x_loadinit)
#endif
