[PD-dev] fix for 0-pager.pd (was Re: PD-cvs Digest, Vol 24, Issue 24)

Oops, my mistake, I renamed it from 0-pager.pd to +pager.pd.  I fixed  
it and removed the "touch Makefile" kludge.

I think it is a much better practice to track down the offender who  
broke the code (me in this case) that install some kludge workaround  
like the touch thing.  That way we can insure that bugs get fixed  
rather than just worked around.  Pd et al is kludgey enough as it is,  
we need less kludges, not more.
