[PD-dev] iem_t3 osx linking problem

Well, the error is not OSX-specific, it's just a stanadard ld error  
when it can't find symbols:

/usr/bin/ld: Undefined symbols:
_t3_bpe_setup
_t3_delay_setup
_t3_line_tilde_setup
_t3_metro_setup
_t3_sig_tilde_setup
_t3_timer_setup

That's because it's trying to build iem_t3_lib.c, which is the lib  
glue file and not an external, and it's not linking in the .o files  
for each class.  This change was made here (first one):
