Summary: gem2pdp does not work on Mac OS X/Intel

Initial Comment:
pdp and pidip is still an issue on intel Macbook

Still have no working binary

Pd-0.39.2-extended-RC1.app was supposed to have a working pdp but gem2pdp is "wrong architecture"

gem2pdp is now built from source on each auto-build machine, so this works
now. Tested on Mac/Intel.

Currently in Pd-0.39.2-extended, gem2pdp is not built from source, but
instead a pre-built binary is used. This is a kludge that causes problems
like this bug. The best fix IMHO would be to add gem2pdp, et al to the
Pd-extended build system.
