[PD-dev] state-saving / properties in abstractions...

hi all.

after talking to hans at the convention, i have created 2 new externals:
[propertybang]: outputs a bang when you select the "property" menu-item
for the abstraction that holds this object.
[saveargs]: allows you to change the arguments of the abstraction that
holds this object in the next save.

these 2 objects allow a persistent property handling (and eventually a
state-saving of abstractions a la iemgui-objects, though this might
eventually be costy.

the remaining question is: where to put these objects; they are not
really zexy (since they depend on g_canvas.h, which is not yet found in
zexy), and i have not found a general "hack pd interna" lib.

suggestions? else i will probably ask thomas to include it into
iemlib(2), as it somehow fits to the [dollarg] and [parentdollarzero]
objects.

PS: hans, i thought you would do the property-side of this. seems you
are late :-)
