Summary: Options to always use embedded preference file

Initial Comment:
In resent version of Pd-extended there is a embedded preference file. That preference file is used when no preference file exists at the os specific location outside the application. If there is a preference file outside, then that preference file is used.

The request is the option to always used the embedded preferences such that it is used even though a preference file exist outside.

This is useful for having multiple versions of Pd installed. Fx. one can use on version of Pd with a preference file located outside. -- This would be the std. or personal preferences. But still use another version of Pd like Pd-extended with another embedded preference file.

I hope it makes sense.

I couldn't choose "Pd-extended" as a catagory hence I've chosen "none".
