On OSX the bottom right of the patcher window can be below the bottom of the
screen - even at massive resolutions (1536 lines!).  This makes it
impossible to resize the window without manually editing the patch text.
Some sort of check for max screen size should be in place.  This is
incidentally about the only app in the history of the MacOS that has done
this.
