[PD-dev] no ./configure in source package ?

If you have configure.in in there, then you can get ./configure by  
running 'autoconf'.   If you don't have configure.in, then you can  
get it from CVS:

http://pure-data.cvs.sourceforge.net/pure-data/pd/src/
