hi thomas, i am using the latest SVN versions of both. but lets wait, maybe it's only my problem. for now i am using http://www.workinprogress.ca/pd/py.pd_linux that i compiled some time ago for python 2.5 thank you for keeping this external alive. it's really useful and i see a great future for it :) pat
