[PD-dev] adding pdpedia links to all help patches

Hey,

Part of the reason of adding the links is to encourage people to  
start adding more content to the pdpedia.  As long as we have the  
template in place for that object, then I think that it will be  
worthwhile to have the link on the help patch.

Would you like to lead this up?
