[PD-dev] building from svn vanilla

Hey,
Unless you made changes to configure.in and makefile.in, then the
build process will ignore the Fink Tcl/Tk. It'll use the Tcl/Tk
frameworks in /System/Library/Frameworks or /Library/Frameworks.
