[PD-dev] configuring ubuntu: hid readable + Intuos3

This is getting well into TLDR territory.  It is very useful to write  
the summary first, then add all of the lengthy details later.

Turn off the using all mice in xorg.conf, then specify each device  
you want to use as a mouse.  The rest will be ignored.  This has been  
covered before, I don't remember the details, so check the archives.
