Initial Comment:
on Pd-0.40.3-extended-20080410-windowsxp-i386, there is no visual distinction between run-mode and edit-mode.

or rather, once you switch to edit-mode, the cursor will stay a "hand", no matter which mode you are in

this frequently led me to believe, that Pd was not responding any more:
- open new patch (cursor in arrow-mode)
- Ctrl-1 (cursor becomes hand)
- type text into the objectbox
- switch to run-mode to instantiate object (cursor stays hand)
- get distracted
- try to continue editing, since the cursor indicates that we are n run-mode
- be baffled

There was a typo in "right_ptr", but also switched
pointers to make Pd use the default pointer normally, then a special
pointer
when something is clickable.  Here's the commit:
