Under todays nightly build X11 is not opened automatically by pd when one tries to use the pidip object related to the video preview pdp_glx(?)

On Mac OS X 10.4.11/Intel, using Pd-extended 0.40.3 20080517, it works for
me using PDP example04.pd.  The pidip examples seem to have other issues,
alas...
