This is Mac OS X.4.11. Macbook 1st. gen. 

It outputs (43,0,93) no matter how i tilt the computer.

I get the same result on my MacBook Pro 3rd gen, so I tried other software
that accesses the accelerometer, and it didn't work either.  It seems that
my accelerometer is broken.  I tested this on two or three other computers,
and it worked there. 

Have you tried other apps?
