[PD-dev] iemlib/any vs. hexloader fix

Hey, I saw this instead:
libdir_loader: added 'pdsvn' to the canvas-local objectclass path
libdir_loader: added 'pdsvn' to the canvas-local objectclass path
libdir_loader: added 'pdsvn' to the canvas-local objectclass path
error: maximum object loading depth 1000 reached

after trying [import pdsvn]
then [pdsvn].

No [iemlib/any]s involved.
