$ grep -n sys_register_loader pd-0.41-4/src/*
pd-0.41-4/src/s_loader.c:216:void sys_register_loader(loader_t loader)
$

(similar result from pd in SVN as of yesterday)

To be usable by externals (especially on Windows) it should be declared EXTERN in m_pd.h (along with the definition of loader_t).
