[PD-dev] [stdout] in extra

Hey,

I just checked out [stdout] in pd 0.42 in extra, looks like a handy  
object.  One comment, what about adding a second inlet that you can  
bang for the flush?  This would be instead of the "flush" message.   
Then the first inlet can always just be passed straight through to  
stdout.
