[PD-dev] i can has svn commit access?

It seems there are no objections so I am going to add Damian as a  
developer.  Damian, could you post your Sourceforge ID? I couldn't  
find it anywhere.

Sorry it took so long, when going thru this process, it is  
appropriate and even beneficial to nag on this list to be added :)
