Initial Comment:

In order for people to use the loader stuff, these key definitions need to be expose.  I chose s_stuff.h since it seemed to make sense, I suppose it could go elsewhere.

s_stuff.h is for the internal API only. m_pd.h is for the public API. (and
g_canvas.h is for the API that is supposed to be private but has to be used
by GUI externals anyway.)

m_pd.h is the only .h that gets installed.

loader_t has the _t suffix like the libc APIs, but unlike the pd API,
which uses the t_ prefix instead.
