[PD-dev] svn:externals for internal references?

I want to get the Pd-extended 0.41.4 release out soon but I don't have
a lot of time right now. Adding svn:externals and setting up --ignore-
externals will inevitably slow that process down. Can it wait? Or
can there be a separate folder for externals?
