yes something like this.
i would even prefer it if this was a proper "loader".

of course it could look for changes of the patch on the filesystem 
(before reusing the cache)

we could then add methods to the objectmaker to delete a certain class 
from it's "cache" (not the abstraction cache, but the class registry), 
or whatever.
