Initial Comment:
Sometimes, Pd-extended 0.40.3 gets into a state where it won't save any patches that are Untitled, but will still save existing patches that are modified.  I have seen this on 3 Mac OS X machines, but have not been able to reproduce it myself.

I got a bug today, which I think is related.  Basically I was playing with
a bunch of GOP patches, then I couldn't save my current patch, and I was
getting canvas errors.  I was playing with Damian Stewart's dinosaurs patch
and then browsing thru the jmmmp GOP objects.

I wonder if this stuff is related to the GOP stuff that Miller fixed in
0.42...
