[PD-dev] chroot Debian/Ubuntu builds

So I recently discovered the power of debootstrap, schroot, and  
dchroot.  So now we have more builds.  (more!!).  This was the handy  
guide I followed:

So debian-stable-i386 and debian-stable-powerpc are both now running  
lenny.  But they have an etch chroot.  Then ubuntu-lts-i386 has  
chroots for jaunty and hardy-lpia netbook remix.

So many builds....
