Summary: renaming [pd 1] (i.e. a subpatch with a number argument)

Initial Comment:
hi,
I found a small bug with subpatches. if you create an object like [pd 123], which cannot be created because numbers are not allowed as subpatch names, then you can't just rename the object into [pd sub123], but have to delete it and recreate another pd object.
tested with 0.40, 0.41 and 0.42.
(in 0.40 the console says "error: text: no method for 'rename'")
marius.

Message:
reproduced on Pd-vanilla 0.42-4 on Mac OS X 10.5/Intel. Plus I don't see
any reason why subpatch text shouldn't allow numbers.
