libxxf86vm-dev is installed on most of the GNU/Linux build machines for a
while now, and I just installed it on the Debian/testing,
Debian/etch/PowerPC, Debian/etch/i386, Ubuntu/Hardy/LPIA and Ubuntu/Jaunty
machines.

Please try a nightly build and check if this is working:
