[PD-dev] Pd bugfixes uploaded

Hi all,

I've updated the svn 'head' with a half dozen small bug fixes.  I'm hoping to
put this out as 0.42-5 in a couple of days.  For the moment it seems to be
working at least better than 0.42-4.

On a suggestion from Hans-Christophe I put up my git repository -- that's
on my software page, http://crca.ucsd.edu/~msp/software.html , and is
probably only useful to people trying to track changes to keep patches
happy (whcih HC spends a good bit of time doing :)
