Summary: closing another jack app sometimes crashes pd

Initial Comment:
On Ubuntu Intrepid using Pd-extended 0.40.3.

When I'm working with Pd+Jack, I usually kill pulseaudio so I can use other jack-aware apps such as Totem to listen to wav/mp3 exports from Pd. I've noticed that Pd will occasionally crash when the other Jack app is closed. Mabey something happens when the Jack plugs are reordered and Pd get confused?

I have found that if I turn off the Pd DSP while using the other app I can close it without Pd dying.

Message:
Does this happen with the test releases of Pd-extended 041.4? How about
Pd-vanilla?

I really now very little about Jack, so I am going to assign this to
IOhannes in the hopes that he takes a look :)
