Summary: [pd~] can't launch if Pd.app name contains spaces

Initial Comment:
A quick and easy one:
Adding a space to the name of Pd-0.42-4.app (like "Pd-0.42-4 Modified.app") results in "error: pd~: No such file or directory" when attempting to launch a subprocess (with e.g. [pd~ start pd~-subprocess.pd( ).
