Summary: PdX-documentation and location of user-added externals
Initial Comment:
the documentation of PdX in manuals/Pd/ReadMe.html still says that externals should be globally installed into "/usr/share/pd-externals".
however, PdX actually searches does not search /usr/share/pd-externals (as this would violate the FHS) and instead uses "/usr/local/lib/pd-externals" (which is FHS compliant and is documented at http://puredata.info/docs/faq/how-do-i-install-externals-and-help-files-with-pd-extended/)

Yeah, its carefully hidden in packages/Makefile, where its generated ;) I
suppose that's kind of silly but its been like that for years.
Fixed in commit 11736
