Initial Comment:
Pd version 0.42.5-extended-20090715 on WinXP the fonts are too small. pd.tk sets the fonts smaller for tcl8.5 but this is not needed on Windows.
The attached diff fixes most of them, but the Path, Startup Audio Settings dialogs fonts do not seem to be set in pd.tk.
